Enjoy a stylish experience at our central apartment overseeing Parisian rooftops!

This is a beautiful 1 bedroom, 35 m2 apartment, located in the heart of Paris (rue Sainte-Croix de la Bretonnerie in the 4th arrondissement), with a bright and cozy living room. Ideal for 2, it can accommodate up to 4 people.

The bedroom offers a comfy medium firm queen size mattress, with a direct access to the bathroom.

The living room includes a round dinner table, a comfortable sofa bed (which can accommodate up to 2 other guests, for an additional fee), and a decent flat screen TV (that we hope you won't watch too much).

The bathroom showcases beautiful terra-cotta tiles and old stone, with an easily accessible Italian style shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher, small oven, expresso machine, toaster... and all the cooking basics.

There is a washing machine (no dryer but great line dry equipment), and ultra-fast Wi-Fi.

Please note the apartment is located on the 3rd floor and has no elevator. There is no AC, but the building’s 1800's stone provides a perfection insulation, and our powerful and silent fan helps to keep fresh air circulating.

The neighborhood and its small streets, many of them pedestrians, features many art galleries, cafes, bars, shops, grocery stores, and even a farmer's market, 3 days a week down the street.

Nearby museums and landmarks (just a few examples of my favorites):
- Centre Pompidou (4min away),
- Picasso Museum,
- European Center of Photography,
- Carnavalet,
- Le Louvres (just a couple stop away by subway),
- Notre-Dame Cathedral is just a 8 min walk away.

Transportation:
- Metro line 1 (Hotel de Ville or Saint-Paul) is just a 5 minutes walk, and lines 2, 4, 7, 11 and 14 (Châtelet)
- The RER A, B and D (Châtelet-Les-Halles) is within an 8 minutes walk and offers direct transportation to both CDG and Orly airports (the new subway line 14, offers a 25 minutes direct transportation to Orly airport).
- Although we wouldn't recommend using a car within Paris, a guarded private parking is available within a 5 minutes walk.
