Third floor light filled studio with two rooms separated by an arch in a small building. I have a really good relationship with the landlord and I'm looking for someone to treat my space like their home with great respect for my space and neighbors. I am also asking for my 10 or so houseplants to be watered once per week.

The space comes furnished with a fully supplied kitchen, including a ninja blender and kettle. There are two couches, a desk, stand up extenstion for the desk, two chairs and a queen size bed.

I’ll clear out the bedroom closet and leave space on the coat rack, shoe rack and dresser. Some belongings will stay in the apartment, but there will be plenty of room for you.

The neighborhood is walkable to grocery stores, cute cafes, restaurants and nightlife. Food Bazaar is a 6 min. walk. Off the Myrtle/Wyckoff L/M.
