Looking to rent out my light-filled one-bedroom apartment in Santa Monica, Los Angeles while traveling for work the next few months. Open to multi-day or week-long stays with flexible dates.

My apartment is in a quiet, charming location just off Montana and nestled within a residential neighborhood. Tucked away, while being a 15 minute walk to Brentwood Country Mart or the Sunday Brentwood Farmer's Market and close to all shops and restaurants along Montana.

It’s bright and peaceful, with windows in every room and a private balcony overlooking gardens. The kitchen comes fully stocked (welcome to use anything you'd like) and laundry within the small complex.

The bathroom has a standing shower (not pictured) and a fully separate tub.

Bedroom is equipped with a Casper mattress and 100% belgian linen sheets.

There is no AC unit, but ceiling fans do the trick as there is always a cross breeze.

I’m on the top floor of a quiet two-story building, and all of my neighbors are delightful, quiet, older and have lived here long term. It's extremely important to me to respect quiet hours after 10pm as the building is such a peaceful place.
