I'd love to have you at my house in Echo Park, Los Angeles. It gets a lot of light, has high ceilings, and is super cute!

My home is one block away from Eightfold, a popular coffee shop I like to work from, and a 5-10 minute walk to Elysian Park, where I run every day.

There are two bedrooms. (I use the second bedroom as a study but there's a very comfortable fold-out sofa so the room easily converts.) There's also a small yard; I like to sit on the sofa on the porch in the mornings with coffee and a book. New dishwasher and new laundry units on-site. I have friendly, respectful neighbors.

Walkable to lots of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and more: Donna's, Stereo, Echo Park lake, farmer's market on Friday afternoons.
