I'm looking for someone to watch my cat and stay at my home at a highly discounted rate from february 1st to april 30th. it's a 2bedroom, 2bathroom, 1 office/flex 3rd bedroom, fully furnished. It's on the back side of my property with a lovely peaceful yard separating the two homes on the property.

I usually rent out my space for $4000 a month but am renting this out for $3000/month including utilities for someone (or a family) who is interested in caring for my cat during their stay.

This is a brand new build completed in June 2025 with a living room, full kitchen, ample closet space, brand new appliances and the crown jewels: two heated seat toilets with bidets.

About Winslow, my cat (and real landlord)

I didn't expect to have another cat so soon after my last cat died, but the Eaton fires was also not an expected part of my life and Winslow was found in the fires. I fostered him when he was found and fell in love with such a sweet boy that I decided to take him in as my own too.

Winslow is so cuddly, so talkative, and loves going outside during the day times (I force him inside at night because of coyotes).

He's extremely low maintenance, never knocks anything off the counter, and never wakes up in the middle of the night except when he decides to come cuddle up next to me.

He's lucky he was such a sweet sweet boy when I was fostering him that it made it such a simple decision to adopt him.
