I'm renting out my lovely 2-bedroom condo on the first floor in North Central Austin. It's a great location -- you can walk to Alamo Drafthouse, take a quick bus up to the Q2 stadium, or a 15-min. drive to the UT campus. I love living here and think you will, too.

The living room is really spacious and gets a ton of natural light from the patio. My favorite part of the house might be the handmade green banquette in the dining area (constructed by my dad!) -- it's a darling spot! Your friends can lounge as you cook in the updated kitchen, which includes a brand new dishwasher and vintage (but new!) fridge.

The main bedroom is huge and features a walk-in closet. I currently use the second bedroom as an office, but also works for a roommate or as a guest room!

And then my (other) favorite part of this home might be the private fenced-in patio. I love sitting out here on cool, Texas mornings with a book and some coffee. I also love hosting dinner parties out here in the evenings. Also! The complex includes a pool that is always empty.

The only utilities the renter will have to cover are electricity and internet. Laundry on-site. Could come fully/partially/not at all furnished. Lease length can run anywhere from 9 - 12 months, with option to renew. I'm working with a realtor to lease it, so I will have you apply through them, but I would be the landlord (a human, not a corporation!).
