My fully-furnished flat is in the heart of one of the most vibrant neighborhoods of NYC! There are a million cafes, restaurants, wine bars, and incredible parks located within walking distance, not to mention shopping and easy access to all of NYC via three convenient subway stops under 10mins.

The flat is a typical SoHo one-bedroom — I have a full kitchen (my pride), a washer / dryer in-unit, and a walk-in rain shower. It’s a lovely and stylish space, and I’ve taken care to really maximize every square foot. I have a lot of natural light, and can have an air conditoner installed for the summer.

This space would be ideal for someone with a summer internship or work trial in NYC. It is pet friendly.
