I'm a Brooklyn-based homeowner who takes pride in maintaining a thoughtfully designed, well-cared-for space. I've lived in the neighborhood for over 5 years and value the calm, residential character of the building and block while maintaining easy accessibility to the whole city.

I'm responsive, communicative, and respectful of guests privacy, and I aim to make every stay smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. This home is best suited for renters who appreciate quality, cleanliness, and a quiet, well-run environment.

I work remotely, leading a team at a national public health nonprofit that supports education, health, and human service agencies to implement effective adolescent health and wellness programming. My work and family caregiving responsibilities often take me around the country for extended periods of time. My hope is that others will be able to enjoy the peaceful space I've created in my absence!

Rental requirements

Prospective renters will be asked to provide a government-issues photo ID; proof of income/employment or full payment up front; and background check. A written lease agreement will be provided. Lease length options are for at least one month, with a preference for tenants interested in staying the full two months. Lease must be signed prior to move in. All occupants must be listed on the agreement.

Due at signing are first month's rent and cleaning fee of $150. If staying a second month, rent can be paid in full up front or at the start of each month. There are no broker fees.

If interested, owner will conduct an initial inquiry and screening call via Zoom or phone and then conduct a virtual or in person tour. Prospective renters will then submit an application, and once approved, sign the lease and submit payment. Owner and renter will coordinate move-in and key access.

This in a non-smoking apartment. No parties or events out of respect for neighbors. Pets are typically not allowed, but there may be flexibility upon request. Maximum occupancy: 4 tenants.

Move-in date confirmed upon lease signing. Rent is due monthly in advance. Extensions or renewals may be available depending on availability.

This apartment is owner-managed, professionally maintained, and intended for renters seeking a clean, quiet, and well-cared-for home. Clear communication and mutual respect are important throughout the rental period.
