With the home owner an interior designer, the space is incredibly warm with a vibe. The kitchen opens to the living room and is very large for NYC. Great for someone who loves to cook. French doors let in generous northern light and open to a deck that functions as an extension to the living room in spring, summer, and fall. The second bedroom is set up as a dedicated office for two and includes monitor, the living room sofa is a comfy pull out queen. The queen bedroom has blackout curtains. Great light in the apartment, plants are thriving! Please care for the plants. Watering schedule will be provided.

Fireplace is electric for ambiance and can be used as a heater for winter months.

Dedicated washer dryer is in the basement, central heat and AC. Winter months get cold, so there are space heaters.

My landlord knows I will be subletting, and our super is on site daily to clean and take out trash. He is the best!
