Our home is a recently renovated stone guesthouse in the village of Dafnonas on the island of Chios. The home retains its traditional charm, with the original exposed stone and wooden ceilings, alongside modern amenities: a full kitchen, washing machine and home heating system. The bedroom includes a queen sized coco-mat bed (very comfortable!).

We hope that anyone who comes to stay with us will enjoy our land - gardens, vegetable gardens, and olive groves. We have an outdoor kitchen that can be used on sunny days throughout the winter as well as a set of yoga platforms in the olive grove. Our intention is to create a place where people can come and connect to the beauty and simplicity of natural living here is Greece.

Chios is quiet in the winter months. We are about a 20 minute drive from the main town, which has lots of shops, cafes, and restaurants that are open year-round. As a larger Greek island, Chios has a local vibrant culture and there is much to explore even in the winter! In general, the weather is chilly with some rain. Spending the winter in our village is perfect for anyone seeking inspiration and a space to reset or immerse oneself in a creative project.
