Enjoy a dreamy holiday stay in my charming one-bedroom apartment in the Canal Saint-Martin neighborhood of Paris. Set within a tranquil courtyard garden on the ground floor, the apartment is super cosy (my friends say it feels like a British cottage) and you'll love coming home here after being out exploring the city all day.

$130 a night during the holiday season or happily offering a discounted price of $2000 for the entire period I'm traveling (from December 17th until January 6th). Open to shorter stays / one-week minimum. I often travel for work so please let me know if you're interested in other dates outside of this range as well and we can discuss.

LOCATION

The apartment is situated in one of the best neighborhoods in central Paris, a lovely 5-minute walk to Canal Saint-Martin. Because it's set within a sheltered garden courtyard you won't be able to hear any street noise—a rare luxury in Paris!
–The apartment is situated on a quiet street with a few restaurants and shops; just one block away from a more bustling street where you'll find excellent cheese and wine shops, patisseries, a fishmonger, and an organic grocery with amazing seasonal produce (I'll happily share a list of favorites)!
–Metro line 7 is only a minute’s walk away / Metro line 4 is less than 10 minutes by foot
–Vélib (bike share like Citibike) hub on the same street
–Easy biking/walking distance almost everywhere you'll want to go in Paris (ex. approximately 10 min by bike to the Marais or 35 minutes by foot). It's wonderful to just follow the canal south!
