I am an arts administrator working with artist studios and will be working on an out-of-state project through the spring. I love my apartment and am looking for a tidy, responsible tenant to enjoy the space while I am away. I will be available to contact while away and have a great relationship with the live-in super who can help with any needs as they arise.
