Sublet will start between Feb 26 and March 1st (up to you). It's available long term (6+ months) but I would like someone for a. minimum of 2-3 months.

The apt is a 2 bedroom pre-war located in East Williamsburg, equal distance (4 blocks) from the Grand and Graham L train stops (apt is near the intersection of Grand and Graham). The second bedroom is used as an office and dining area.

Living Room
Nice deep leather sofa and comfy leather lounge chair. 100” projector with Apple TV and hi-fi klipsch sound system. All of the lighting can be controlled via remotes or app. 10,000BTU AC super quiet. Dyson fan/air purifier.

Office/Dining
Fast Wifi 495mb download, 20mb upload. Sit stand desk with two 27” monitors. Klipsch computer speakers and subwoofer. Dining table that seats 4. Printer/scanner you may use but replace the ink if you use a lot of it plz :)

Kitchen
It’s a pretty robust kitchen with most everything you’d need to cook whatever you’d like. Berkey water filter. New gas range/stove, rice maker, toaster, wok, full pots and pans set, all the cooking utensils/measuring etc. Blender with full size pitcher, personal size and food processor attachment. Hot water kettle for coffee tea, bean grinder, french press.

Bedroom
Queen size Nectar premium mattress super comfy, two memory foam pillows and two softer pillows. Multiple sets of nice sheets. Plenty of closet space and entire dresser is cleared out. W8000BTU quiet AC. Fan. Air purifier.

Bathroom
Soaking tub. Shower has good pressure. Window in bathroom.

Laundry
Portable washing machine that works off the kitchen sink and a dehumidifier to dry clothes quickly if hung in the bathroom. Otherwise, there are many laundromats within 2 blocks.

Restaurants/Grocery
This area is loaded with options. Every type of restaurant you’d want within 1-10min walk, multiple grocery stores of varying price points (new lidl and whole foods opening soon), coffee shops, bakeries, cafes. Trader Joe’s 10 min by train.

Walkability/Location
The Grand and Graham L train stops are 4 blocks away. It’s a 15 minute walk to greenpoint/mccarren park, 15 minute walk to the heart of Williamsburg and a 20 minute walk to bushwick. Of course you can get to all these places faster on the train. There are also citibikes right outside. The g train is a 10 minute walk as well.

Noise/Neighbors
There are no neighbors above or below and there’s only one other apartment in my building which is only touching the bathroom wall, so I literally have never heard them. While the apt does face grand st, the windows are double pane and the bedroom is in the back of the apt, so it's quiet for sleeping.

Check in/Check out
If we can’t coordinate meeting in person, I have a lock box outside where I can leave the keys and I’ll send a video explaining how to get in.
