High ceilings & lots of windows. New queen sized bed. Very clean and fresh! (I'm a stickler) Hardwood floors. Washer/dryer in unit. Dishwasher. Central heat and air. Shower and bath.

- Across from a coffee shop and in the midst of great restaurants and bars.
-One block from G train, 15 min walk to C train

Please note that this is a NY city apartment....there isn’t a ton of storage room for huge luggage as my closets will be closed and locked. If you plan to travel with lots of luggage and more than two adults or with children, this may not be the space for you! I actually live in this apartment...it is my home, so you will see some of my things although I try to remove most personal items. It is NOT just a rental unit.

Rent is due upfront upon agreement + refundable deposit + simple standard sublease agreement. Looking for someone who will be respectful of my things and my neighbors. No parties. No more than three adults at any given time. The apartment is not childproof
