Please note that this is a NY city apartment....there isn’t a ton of storage room for huge luggage as my closets will be closed and locked. I actually live in this apartment...it is my home, so you will see some of my things although I try to remove most personal items. It is NOT just a rental unit.

Two week minimum. $1400 per week or discounted monthly rate of $5500. Zoom intro before.
Rent is due upfront upon agreement + refundable $300 deposit + simple standard sublease agreement. Looking for someone who will be respectful of my things and my neighbors. No parties. No more than three adults at any given time. The apartment is unfortunately not childproof. I have plenty of references and vacation rental site reviews if needed.
