11’ x 17’ room available for $1265/month in basement of duplex apartment building. West-facing window gets plenty of light and has a big sill, which is great for plants if you have any. The room is in the back of the building, so it’s quiet and private. Included two pics of the room and window now that the previous roommate has left.

Your own 5’ x 5’ half-bath outside the room. Additional 10' x 20' space (the pics with the piano and desk) outside the room can be used however you like, the previous roommate had an office set up. You basically have about 400 sq. ft. to yourself.

Our apartment has two floors. A ground floor with two bedrooms, kitchen, tv room, office, and full bath. Then the basement, which is a similar size with the additional half-bath.

This is a three bedroom apartment with two easy-going roommates. Sorry no pets :/ also no couples.
