The apartment is on the top floor of a pre-war walk up on a residential street. Apartment faces the back gardens & is very quiet. 5 minute walk to the G/F trains, 10 Minute walk to Brooklyn bridge park, 2 blocks from cobble hill park.

Apartment features: vintage furnishings, a full bed, tv, a designated workspace with a standing desk, kitchen with all basic supplies & appliances, a spacious (for nyc!) bathroom & hundreds of books you can borrow.

Rent includes all utilities & wifi.

No parties, no pets. Looking for a quiet, clean single renter :)
