Hi all! I am a 20-something professional currently based in Washington, DC, and I will be relocating to New York City this summer to pursue my MBA at Columbia.

I am hoping to find an apartment located in the Upper West Side, Lincoln Square, Chelsea, West Village, or Greenwich Village. Ideally, I would like to be a short walking distance away from the red line metro, so I can get to class.

I am looking for a lease starting in August 2026. My budget is around $2K per month for a studio/one bedroom. I’m also interested in 2BR or 3BR bedroom options that are also about $2K per month per person. I am also open to taking over a bedroom in a unit that fits my location requirements and needs.

I am hoping to find a unit that has:
– A closet in my bedroom
– Room for a desk in my bedroom
– In building laundry
– A clean bathroom
– Easy access to the subway
