Hi, my name is Oreofe. I'm looking to move into an apartment either in February/March, and would love to do so with a roommate.
Details:
- Looking for a 2br, or 3br to turn the third room into an office space (I work from home)
- Duration: long-term
- Budget: 2000 - 2600
- Location: Brooklyn preferred (Bed-Stuy, Crown Heights, Prospect Heights, Clinton Hill), but flexible on Lower Manhattan and other neighborhoods for the right spot.
- Roommate preference: 28 - 36 year olds, all gender expressions welcome.
- Ideally would love to be friends with anyone I live with. But in general, just looking for someone who's amicable, respectful, communicative, and has a steady income.
- I'm a 31-year-old, male, queer, product designer working in civic tech.
- I just moved to NYC after three years living in Portland, Oregon. Originally from Lagos, Nigeria.
- I work from home typically, but occasionally might go to a coffee shop/coworking space.
- I can be reserved, but generally become more animated if I feel comfortable with someone. I consider myself an extroverted introvert.
- I'd like my apartment to be my quiet space first and foremost, but I'm open to having friends over, throwing dinner parties, etc, on occasion.
- I like to spend my time reading, making music, going to the movies, playing video games, doing yoga, and checking out a show or a museum. I have a wide range of interests, and I'm curious and open to trying new things.
