Welcome to my comfortable spot in the heart of Loz Feliz. Walkable to 2 cinemas, grocery stores, book store, many great bars and restaurants, with Griffith Park just up the hill.

The place is a duplex with a bedroom upstairs, kitchen and bath downstairs, and an open and spacious living room/dining room/workspace. The place can be rented by the day, week, or month. $150/day, $900/wk, $1800/mo. Entire house can also be available. Just ask me, if you're looking for a two bedroom.

The place is set up for work and play with gaming consoles (Switch, Xbox One, PS5), streamable stereo, most major streaming services, big TV, large vinyl selection, a desk with a 4k monitor and speakers, Gigabit wifi, and an outdoor area with fire pit.

The house is a duplex, but the neighbor is really friendly, and not averse to gatherings or music being played.

Nearby walkable places of note: 2 cinemas (the Vista, Los Feliz 3), Griffith Park, Barnsdall Park, 4 Grocery stores, Skylight Books, dozens of bars and restaurants.

There is a protected driveway with a dedicated parking spot. This driveway is shared with the friendly couple that live in a back house.

There are a few plants that would need some love every few days, but other than that it's pretty hassle free.

Kitchen amenities include Vitamix blender, electric kettle, rice cooker, Berkey water filter, and air fryer.

Window unit AC is in the bedroom. Downstairs there are fans and I just open windows and doors to allow for a cross breeze and even the hottest days are ok for me.

Either the fully furnished bedroom or the more sparse bedroom is available. I'll take the other. My girlfriend lives downtown and I also work and sleep at hers a lot, so you will have the place to yourself a fair bit.

Washer and dryer are in unit, and there is a large fridge.

There is a prison-yard workout bench in the driveway behind the house. Bench press, dips, pull ups. It ain't fancy but I use it a lot.
