Looking for a shorter-term sublease (2-3 months) with the ability to extend. I am listing the 2nd room in my spacious Art Deco apartment in the Beverly Fairfax area. The room is fully furnished and features ample lighting, windows, and has a nice draft. The closet is a good size, and you will also have a dresser in the room.

The apartment is quite large, and it offers a lot of privacy. You will be sharing this apartment and bathroom with me.

Located in Beverly Fairfax, so walking distance to many grocery stores, clothing stores, parks, and malls. I walk everywhere (including to work). Street parking is permitted, so I will give you a permit if you have a car. I love how walkable and accessible the neighborhood is.
