We’re looking for a communications strategist and doer who lives and breathes social, has a strong emotional vocabulary, and knows how to build resonance at scale.
Your goals in this role:
Grow our Instagram account into a meaningful source of engagement and conversions
Activate and grow our TikTok presence — both organic and paid
Build + implement an influencer marketing program that feels deeply aligned
Support the development of high-converting paid ads with fresh creative concepts
Help evolve our brand voice and expand how “The Feels” shows up online
Support email marketing, partnerships, and occasional press outreach
Duties
Strategy + infrastructure
Work with the Founder to ensure ‘the feels’ social media is an accurate reflection of the company’s activities, voice, mission + vision;
Work closely with the Founder to strategize, implement and manage an influencer marketing program;
Lead / participate in brainstorming processes that seek to enliven the ‘feels’ IG + TikTok;
On an ongoing basis, feed through paid creative concepts to graphic designers;
Produce reports on a monthly basis summarizing growth + impact across social + partnerships;
Bring new dimension to the ‘feels’ voice online.
Influencer Partnership Program Management
Research + outreach to values-aligned influencers who have sizable social media followings;
Work alongside the Founder to ensure influencer relationships are managed from start to finish;
Participate in weekly calls and reporting processes to manage and track program progress.
Social Media - organic
Ideate on assets for organic IG + TikTok;
Ensure production is in line with promotional schedule + brand pillars;
Manage/maintain ‘feels’ voice on social;
Manage ‘feels’ content calendar;
Engage in community management - comments section, DM’ing values aligned accounts, responding to DMs in our inbox quickly;
Gather available data + analytics on what’s working + adjust production accordingly.
Social Media - paid
Provide a consistent flow of ideas for new paid creative;
Work w graphic designers to produce;
Manage assets + ensure timely + smooth delivery to paid specialists;
Work closely with paid specialists to analyze performance + adjust creative as necessary.
Email marketing
Work alongside the Founder to optimize the email marketing program;
Create visual blasts that’re in line with the brand;
Draft all copy;
Monitor program performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications
Fluency in IG and TikTok, both as platforms and cultures
Proven track record growing a social account or campaign from X to Y
Exceptional copywriting + content creation instincts
Collaborative experience with designers, producers, or creative teams
Comfort with light reporting + analysis (e.g. Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Analytics)
High attention to detail and an inner-growth orientation
Background in dating, somatics, or personal transformation = a plus.
