Just under two hours north of NYC you arrive in Woodstock, NY. This house sits on nearly 2 acres of land and was gut renovated in 2021 with super modern updates, new windows, and more.

Our home truly has it all: a sprawling backyard (including a tranquil stream in the way back) complete with a fire pit, garden, spacious deck, and grill, three (four including the gym) bedrooms (all queen with a king in primary bedroom) and two and a half bathrooms (primary bedroom has an en-suite bathroom), a gym with peloton bike and stocked weight rack, a beautiful chef's kitchen with a 6 burner Viking stove, a comfortable family room with a massive flat screen TV, wood burning stove to keep you warm during cooler nights, two-car garage with EV charging capabilities, and more.

Our house is also perfectly located within close proximity to all of the best that the area has to offer:

- For starters, the town of Woodstock is just a speedy 7 minutes away. Pop into town for dinner, coffee, to visit shops and art galleries, or to grab some groceries at local favorite, Sunflower Market (Hannaford is also just short 8 minute drive from the house).

- Drive 15 minutes and you'll be in Kingston, drive 20 minutes over the Hudson to Rhinebeck or the Rhinecliff Amtrak station, 20 minutes to Stone Ridge and High Falls for pizza at Ollie's, or 30 minutes to Accord to visit the stunning Inness Golf and Country Club. You're truly in the center of everything.

About This Lister

We are a couple in our 30s that own the house! The house underwent a huge transformation shortly after we moved in, so a lot of love and care has been taken in the overhaul.

We are currently based in Los Angeles and are looking for a trustworthy and respectful couple or small family to treat our home as their own!
