Our cosy furnished one bedroom is one floor up (walk up), in a small old building. The apartment works perfectly for one person, one couple, or one couple + 1 person (3 people max). We have a pull out couch in the living room.

It’s located on Manhattan avenue, where all the fun is!

Our subway station, Greenpoint av (G), is 2 stops away from the L at Bedford and 2 stops away from the 7, E and M at Court Square, which is very convenient to go anywhere in the city. We're only 20-25 min away from Grand Central Terminal, Rockefeller Center, Central Park, etc.

We’re only 3 blocks from the East River with stunning views on the skyline! Utilities are included.
