We are two creative women in our early 30’s who live in the top floor of a two unit home. It’s a great open, airy space close to the flushing G or J.

We would love to live with another woman or NB person, but not a hard and fast rule. I’m sober and am not willing to live with open drug use or heavy drinking, but don’t mind having alcohol or drinking in the home. :)

The room available has a skylight and sizable closet. There is a bed and mattress (maybe a year or two old?) that come with the room. This would be perfect for someone who lives in the city part time!

We both lead busy lives but love having this space as a calm haven. We are lucky enough to have a large common area that’s great for hosting cosy hangs or dinners every now and then.

Utilities range between 60-100 usually, and we have a cleaning person come for common areas every other week (~$35 each)

We do not have laundry in building, but there are laundromats within walking distance (I use a pickup/dropoff service that costs approximately $35 every other week as well)

Would love to have someone longer term, but a four month commitment at least.
