My wife and I are looking for a 1 bedroom apartment, for a month preferably in Manhattan or anywhere north of Prospect Park (Gowanus, Cobble Hill, Brooklyn Heights, Park Slope, etc). We're working with a budget of $2800.

We're very clean, quiet and respectable tenants, and we're happy to give references! We're also more than happy to hop on a video call or meet in person; our schedules are very flexible!

Furthermore, we're open to lease-takeovers or sublets, if its a good fit. We have any necessary rental paperwork prepared and ready to go.
