My wife and I are looking for a 1 bedroom apartment sublet, for a month minimum, preferably in Manhattan or anywhere north of Prospect Park (Gowanus, Cobble Hill, Brooklyn Heights, Park Slope, etc). We're working with a budget of $2500 max.

We're very clean, quiet and respectable tenants, happy to take care of any necessary house care (e.g watering plants, picking up mail, etc). We've also been subletting in the city for a few months by now so we're happy to provide any references you desire. We're also more than happy to hop on a video call or meet in person; our schedules are very flexible, and since we're in the city already, its easy enough for us to travel to you!

Furthermore, we're open to lease-takeovers or apartment rentals, if its a good fit. We have any necessary rental paperwork prepared and ready to go.
