My wife and I are looking for a 1 bedroom sublet, preferably in Manhattan or anywhere north of Prospect Park (Gowanus, Cobble Hill, Brooklyn Heights, Park Slope, Crown Heights, Bed-Stuy etc). We're working with a budget of $2500 a month maximum, and are hoping to sublet from the 15th of November to the first or second week of December.

We're very clean, quiet and respectful tenants, and we're happy to give references! We're also more than happy to hop on a video call or meet in person; our schedules are very flexible!

Furthermore, we're open to lease-takeovers too if its a good fit.

I, (Milan) am from the UK, while my wife (Jess) is from Arizona, and is currently working in Brooklyn as a nanny and retail worker.
