Jack (28M) and Kenna (23F) looking for an open room, sublease, or lease takeover starting in January. We are looking for something to carry us through June ideally, but it's most important to us that the space be a good fit. We are willing to sign a lease/sublease as short as three months (until the end of March) or as long as a year if it's the right place! We're open to roommates, looking to spend $1300 each at the most ($2600 total for the space we'll share). We're looking primarily in Park Slope, Clinton Hill, BedStuy, Williamsburg, and Greenpoint in Brooklyn and Greenwich, East Village, and LES in Manhattan, but we are open to almost any central neighborhood in those boroughs! About This Lister

Kenna is a freelance videographer, and Jack is a full-time singer/songwriter who is often on tour for weeks at a time. We currently live in Nashville, but we are ready to move to New York as soon as the perfect place to live comes through! We are both social, creative, enjoy down time and appreciate a clean kitchen. We would love to be friends with our roommate(s) if we have them, but are also cognizant of everyone's needs for alone time and personal space (we appreciate our time to ourselves too). We love watching movies, working on our respective art forms, taking walks (big reason we want to move to NYC) and traveling. Kenna is a good cook. Jack is good at doing dishes.

Our ideal roommate(s) are also social, enjoy a fun night out, have a healthy understanding of personal boundaries, and are clean without being overbearing (a little disorganization/clutter doesn't bug us). We are LGBTQ+ friendly. We value honesty and a peaceful home more than anything. We do not have any pets of our own, but we are totally open to living with someone who has a friendly cat or pup!
