Seeking a sublet in Greenwich or West Village for the week of Christmas for my parents!

I live in Greenwich and don't have the space to host my parents, so I am looking for a spot nearby where they can stay. We will mostly be out and about, or they will be at my place, but will need a larger, clean, and mature spot to sleep and rest. Max budget is $1200 for the week.
