Hi there! We’re Reneé and Emanuel, a creative and hardworking couple relocating from Atlanta to New York this fall. We’re looking for a welcoming space starting Nov 1 or as late as Dec 1 and are open to lease takeovers, long-term rentals, or sublets (while we search for a more permanent home).

What we’re looking for:
- Budget: Up to $2,800 (can stretch to $3K if no additional fees)

- 1BR+ (We'd love a 2nd bedroom or office)

- Natural light, laundry in-unit or in-building

- Hardwood or concrete floors, dishwasher preferred, but not required

- Elevator preferred, but walk-ups are fine

Within 10 minutes or less of a subway

Neighborhoods we love:
Brooklyn — Flatbush, Midwood, Prospect Park South, PLG, Bed-Stuy, Bushwick — though we’re also open to Harlem, Queens, or Yonkers.

About This Lister

Reneé is an Executive Assistant & Extra Content Producer for a leading network and streaming platform. We are relocating so I can work out of the the NY Office.

Emanuel is a Lead Ramp Agent for a global airline team servicing international flights and will continue his aviation career in New York with the same company.

We currently live in Atlanta’s Inman Park/Virginia Highlands, so we’re accustomed to walkable neighborhoods with great food, culture, and community. We’re tidy and respectful genuinely enjoy getting to know the people around us.
