We are looking for a long-term rental with a backyard (ideally south facing) that is a blank canvas. We’re avid gardeners and will be bringing a lovely garden with us!

We are flexible with move-in dates (we have until January to leave our current place).

We love Bedstuy and would like to stay in the area, but we’re open to other parts of Brooklyn and Queens (Ridgewood area). We’re looking for 1.5 or more bedrooms, ideally separate kitchen and living room, and our maximum budget is $4000.

About This Lister

Hi, we are Casey (32, he/him) and Michael (34, he/him). Casey is a filmmaker and professor, and Michael is a landscape designer. We’ve been together 9 years, and have lived in Bedstuy for the past 5. We are sadly leaving our wonderful apartment, and are looking for a new space to call home!

We have two fluffy and well-behaved cats, Dewy and Dicky. We are responsible, mature tenants. We mostly work from home and are quiet and easy-going.
