Hello me (Gordon) and my my partner (Kirsten) have lived in
Bushwick, Ridgewood, Williamsburg and spent our longest amount of time in Crown Heights. We've enjoyed those places and would be open to living there again, however we really appreciated our time being near Prospect Park and would like some form of nature to be incorporated into our next living space. We're currently in a sublet that ends Aug 31, and looking for a longer term sublet Sept 1 (at least 2-6mo, preferably longer 6-8mo) and would be open to participating in a share of sorts if someone isn't there all the time. We're pretty low maintenance when it comes to utilities however a strong Wi-Fi connection is key as she works from home mostly.

We've been out of the country for a few months, traveling, attending a few friends' weddings, and finishing creative projects, and are now looking for a spot once our Ridgewood "landed back in NYC," sublet is finished, August 31. I work in the service industry for two casual/ fine dining restaurants focusing on natural wine, and make music and art, performing in local venues and making music for film. My studio is in East-Williamsburg, I don't really keep anything at home other than a guitar and a mic in case something strikes me, leaving the loud sounds for the studio. My partner Kirsten is a freelance social media producer and photographer, currently working on a project about the Camino de Santiago. We're both active, I bike whenever possible, love food and cooking, and surf when there's the slightest bump in the Atlantic to ride, sometimes taking trips to Rhode Island to get on a more substantial wave. Kirsten has run several half marathons and hopes to get a full one under her belt in the near future. We've been leasing for a bit previously and after this longer trip we're preferring to sublet for the freedom to travel and gig. Hope this message find you well and we can fill a sublet in need.
