Hello!

We are a couple in our 30s who have lived in Prospect Heights for 5 years. We'd love to stay as close as we can, but we're also open to Park Slope, Crown Heights, Fort Greene, Clinton Hill, Cobble Hill, Boerum Hill, PLG, Gowanus, or Carroll Gardens.

Our landlord is selling our building, so we're searching for an unfurnished 1-2 bedroom apartment with a December 1st move-in (flexible, pending sale of our building) and a budget of $4,200/month on a 12+ month lease.

Our current place has the following - we understand we are quite spoiled, but looking to check as many of these boxes as possible:
- Outdoor space
- Washer/dryer in unit
- Dishwasher
- Bike storage
- Additional long-term storage
