It’s a lovely bright apartment located in the vibrant neighborhood of Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY, just 15 minutes from Manhattan by subway. Ideally situated on Grand Street (at the corner of Havemeyer Street), it’s within a 10-minute walk of five subway lines: L, G, J, M, and Z. It’s also close to Bedford Avenue station on the L line and a 15-minute walk to the North Williamsburg Ferry, making it an ideal base for exploring or enjoying New York City.

The neighborhood is full of life, with many great restaurants, bars, a fantastic jazz club just 2 minutes away, an old-school bowling alley, cinemas, and parks. Domino Park, offering stunning views of the Manhattan skyline across the East River, is just a 10-minute walk away—perfect for watching the sunset every evening.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, but we will be renting it as a 1-bedroom, the second room is closed. It features a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer, bathroom with bathtub, and a large, bright bedroom. Bright apartment with windows in each room and with air conditioning. It’s very luminous, and we can provide a futon or extra mattress if needed.

Ideal for a couple or small family. We are looking for respectful guests — no pets, no parties, and no smoking inside the apartment.
