My wife and I have been living in this apartment for almost 15 years. It is a corner apartment that has a large bay window and gets plenty of light. It is furnished and has a comfortable queen bed.

The apartment is on the second floor of a 4 floor walk-up that has one apartment per floor, with a deli on the first floor. It's two blocks away from the G train, and a short walk from the C and S trains. Great restaurants and cafes nearby, and a short walk to Von King park and Pratt campus. Fort Greene and Prospect Parks are also not far. We love giving recommendations if you're not familiar with the area.

We are looking for someone who is clean, considerate and a good communicator.
