🔹Located in BedStuy off the bustling Utica A Train stop. Wine shop, cocktail and wine bars, coffee shops, popular restaurants (Trad Room, Saraghena, Dick & Janes, Chez Oscar, Nana Ramen) all within a 2-7 minute walk.

-Wood floors, exposed brick and plant-filled cozy apartment
-5 min. walk to A/C trains on Utica (or 15 min. walk to J train on Broadway)
- WiFi, Gas & Electric $200 flat fee due on the 15th
-Bathroom has amazing deep bathtub
-Vrtual doorman
-Stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Nepresso machine, blender and more. We’ll provide the cookware, dishes and utensils
- Living room and bedroom Smart TVs
-There’s also a desk & we’ll leave the monitor if you’d like to WFH.
-The building has laundry downstairs (there is also a laundromat on the same block)
