Subletting my warm and lovely bedroom in a 3 bed 1 bath apartment with private rooftop in LES. Located on a quiet residential block across from Whole Foods, 5 minutes walking distance to Nolita, Soho, and East Village. $1600 all in, utilities included!

My room (recently painted a soft pink) is in the back of the apartment facing the courtyard. It is fully furnished with a comfy bed, drafting table, chair, and ample shelf and closet storage. I also have a projector in my room (netflix, hulu, etc) that makes it extra cozy. It is truly my little sanctuary and I'd love for someone to enjoy it while I am away! Apartment is on the fifth floor so it's a great workout, and we have no neighbors on our floor - just us and our private rooftop.

Roommates are two friends, Roomie 1 is 29F works in influencer + pr strategy and Roomie 2 is 26F getting her masters while pursuing journalism. I'm 29F working in furniture and fashion - a creative/writer/masters student would probably do great here! My roommates would ideally prefer another young woman similar age who hopefully has a hybrid or in-office schedule like me.
