Looking for a third roommate to join us in a beautiful 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment in Bed Stuy - with in-unit laundry! The apartment is a third-floor walk-up. The living room gets lots of light and opens up to the kitchen, which has a dishwasher and stainless steel appliances. The whole apartment was renovated a few years ago but still has lots of charm and character. The bedrooms are in the back of the apartment and stay pretty quiet.
The room comes unfurnished (but has a closet!) and can comfortably fit a full-size bed and a small desk and/or dresser.
The JMZ and G are both a 10-minute walk away. Bills usually amount to roughly $100/person. Walkable to both Bushwick and Clinton Hill.
About This Lister
We are two women in our early and late 30s. Anushka is a textile designer and Shilpa is a civil rights lawyer. We are a no-shoes household and are very committed to keeping the apartment and common spaces clean and organized! We keep a balance of maintaining our own lives while also sharing a glass of wine or having the occasional party.

You'll be subletting from us and we can discuss signing onto the lease when it's renewed at the end of July. Rent is due by Feb. 1 and a security deposit of $1315 is needed to hold the room.
We are looking for someone considerate, clean, and responsible, preferably a woman in their 30s. We’d like someone who has a hybrid work situation and goes into the office or a work space a couple days during the week, but this isn't a deal breaker.
