I’m subletting my amazing apartment for the next few months, and am looking for someone to enjoy it as much as I do! The space is fully furnished. It's $1900 including all bills (electric, gas, and wifi internet). Dates are flexible as well.

The apartment is large, with very high ceilings, and ample amounts of storage space (huge walk in closet!). It's on the ground floor, so there is plenty of light in the living room and kitchen area during the day, but the bedroom is in the back for quiet nights. This is a pre-war, first floor apartment that has not been renovated, so there is no dishwasher or laundry on site (but I have recommendations for the best laundromat in BK!)

The closest train is the A/C Nostrand--about a six minute walk away. It's ten minutes to the C/S at Franklin, and the G at Bedford-Nostrand. There are 4 (two right outside the door) buses that are less than a five minute walk from the apartment. So, it's very easy to get most anywhere in Brooklyn. Also nearby are many restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.

I'm a public health professional that works in fundraising by day, and performance artist in my free time. I will be recovering from knee surgery during this period and staying with my partner, so the apartment is open while I recover. I'm open to shorter term sublets, but will give preference to someone who can stay the full term of the sublet (Mid December to the end of March).
