I will be traveling later this winter, so subletting my room in a large 2BR/1BA apartment from February 1st to March 31st. Utilities are included in the price. The apartment is a third floor walk up.

The room is fully furnished with a full size bed, closet, and WFH desk setup (small desk, monitor). Lots of books that you’re welcome to read while you’re here and a small speaker in the room. The apartment has a separate living room and dining room, and a separate kitchen, so lot’s of space to move around. We have a projector in the living room with a Roku stick, and most streaming services, which you’re welcome to use! You are welcome to use all kitchen appliances/cookware, and will have a set of towels at your disposal.

The apartment is in a quiet 8-unit pre-war building, though some noise (footfalls) travels just because of the building’s age. Laundry is in the basement. We are around a 7-8 minute walk from the 3 at Nostrand Ave, and a 15 min walk from the A/C at Nostrand Ave. Walking distance to Brower Park, and around a 30 min walk to Prospect Park. Lots of cute cafes and restaurants nearby!

You will be sharing the apartment with my roommate, who is in her 20s and works in publishing. She works from home most days of the week. She is very respectful and easy to live with (we often watch movies and tv shows together). We like to keep our space neat, and have a quiet, calm house.
