🏠 The Apartment

Bright duplex on Meserole St & Lorimer St in a quiet residential pocket, about a 20-minute walk to the heart of Williamsburg.
Super connected: L, M, J, G trains all within 3–8 minutes. About 25 minutes door-to-door to Midtown.
• Washer/dryer in-unit
• Two full bathrooms (one per floor)
• Large private terrace with turf — great in the summer
• 4 bedrooms total (3 downstairs, 1 upstairs). The upstairs room is currently empty, so the common areas feel spacious.

🛏️ The Room (Downstairs)
• $2,300 + utilities
• Move-in: January 1st
• Furnished, with the option to buy some furniture if you want
• Quiet, comfortable, and gets good indirect light

👥 About Us

We’re currently 3 roommates; one is moving out in January, and you’d be taking over his room. The remaning are Eddy and Jaime:
• Eddy (30) – works in tech, artist by night
• Jaime (late 30s) – runs his own company, splits time between NYC and the Canary Islands

We’re all easygoing, tidy, active, and in relationships. The vibe is respectful, independent, and chill. We mostly do our own thing but enjoy hanging out — in the summer we host casual rooftop/terrace hangouts.

We’re looking for someone similar: responsible, clean, friendly, and mature.

About This Lister

Eddy and Jaime are both young adult professionals who’ve lived in NYC for 10+ years.

Eddy works in tech, DJs on the side, and is into meditation and wellness. He’s easygoing, active, and in a relationship. He’s half French but born and raised in New York.

Jaime founded his own software consulting company 12 years ago and splits his time between NYC and the Canary Islands. He moved here a decade ago for his business and enjoys sharing a space with like-minded, mature people. He’s active, plays guitar, and even has a cold plunge on the terrace - you’re welcome to use it if you’re brave enough!

We’re looking for someone with a similar vibe - male or female - who wants to live in a calm, clean, and respectful environment :)
