Hi! I am looking for a short term sublet to take over my room in Bushwick/Ridgewood while I travel (just under 2 months). More about the room:
- This is a 3bed / 2bath apartment with a lot of natural light and plenty of space!
- On the block of the Halsey L stop (<3 mins walk to train station), ~12min walk to the M train too
- You will have your own private bathroom, and apartment is shared with 1 person only
- Room comes with bed, standing desk (2 monitors, great for WFH if needed), some closet and storage space that I will clear out for you
- Rent is $1700/mo. + utilities (electricity and gas, wifi is paid for!)
- Dates flexible, but if you intend to stay for the full period, super open to discussing a discounted rent!

I will be travelling during this time and looking for someone clean and respectful to take over the room. Apartment is on a very quiet street, with plenty of dining and bars options in the neighborhood. Message me if you are interested!
