I am looking for someone clean and responsible to sublet my apartment while I am away for work, available from December 1 to 17.

The non-smoking building is located close to the Bedford-Nostrand G train subway stop. The apartment has a full-size bed and in-suite laundry. You'll have access to my balcony, rooftop, gym, mailroom, and bike storage.
