The house is fully furnished except for your future room, so it’s great if you’re traveling light or don’t have much furniture.

You’ll also be sharing the home with my sweet, small hypoallergenic dog. She’s fully house-trained and very friendly.

Rent is $1195/month. Utilities (internet, electric, gas) are split evenly, while water and garbage are covered by the landlord.

The neighborhood is fantastic, with great restaurants, coffee shops, and cute bars within walking distance. I really love living here and think you will too.

I’m 31 and work in television music production on a hybrid schedule (2 days remote, 3 days in the office). I’m easygoing but like to keep the house clean and organized so it feels calm and comfortable.

In my free time I enjoy cooking, trying new restaurants around LA, antique shopping, going on walks or hikes, listening to music, and occasionally going out dancing. I also love hanging out in the yard by the fire pit or having a glass of wine with friends.
