I’m subletting my lovely, fully furnished 1BR apt., with separate office, full kitchen & bath. It’s on the top floor (3rd Floor) of an old Victorian home, now divided into six apartments, cozy and warm. It also comes with a parking space. The house is in the Town of Catskill, NY, on the bank of the Hudson River.

The neighborhood is very walkable, with Main St. a few blocks away. The town has shopping, coffee shops, galleries, restaurants and more. It’s also down the road from the Thomas Cole estate, where it's lovely to stroll. But most importantly, it’s peaceful. Really really peaceful. The building is quiet, and the neighborhood is too, making it perfect for a retreat.

It’s a 10 - 15 minute drive to the Hudson Amtrak station.

Rent includes utilities.

I am a sound artist and professor who splits their time between NYC and Catskill. I’ve rented this spot for 5 years, and it's become an amazing, restorative retreat that I highly value. My semester is packed this spring, so I’m looking for a special someone to enjoy and care for the apartment until I can get back. I also have a wonderful cohort of artists/musicians in the area that I’m happy to introduce you to if you like.
