Fully furnished spacious 2BR + office 1st floor apartment in the beautiful town of Hudson, NY. Perfect Hudson Valley getaway. A short 7 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants on Warren Street. Minimum stay is 3 months with the option to renew. Long term lease is optional as well.

This first floor apartment has central heat and air. Fully equipped with all the amenities you need. Just bring your personal belongings are you'll feel right at home! You will need to bring your own bed linens and towels.

Both bedrooms have queen size beds and the same bed frame (one mattress is firm and the other is semi firm). Each bedroom also has a closet, hamper, dresser, and bedside lights. Only 1 bedroom has a desk but as pictured, there is also an office available.

Kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, and all the pots + pans you need. The washer and dryer is in the basement and shared by the tenant on the 2nd floor and myself who lives on the 3rd floor.

This is a quiet home with myself and the 2nd floor tenant working from home. I am a marketing director and she is a social psychologist that does online counseling sessions. I am looking for a tenant that would be a great fit

This is a 3 unit building and we all share the backyard which is spacious with a deck, fire pit and dining table (wifi also reaches to the backyard). You have one dedicated parking space but there is also ample street parking available.

1 small pet is ok but must be approved and pics should be provided.

Tenants are responsible for their own utilities which is a quick call to National Grid. If you do not want to put the utilities in your name, we can bill you each month for the utilities for your apartment.

Wifi, Water, and Weekly trash is included.
