My cozy, sunlit apartment in Greenpoint, Brooklyn will be available for sublet, with flexible start and end dates.

Located in one of Brooklyn’s most charming neighborhoods, it’s surrounded by cafés, restaurants, bars, shops, parks, and waterfront views, with easy access to public transit. Greenpoint has a relaxed neighborhood feel while still being close to Williamsburg, Long Island City, and Manhattan.

The apartment is comfortable, clean, and fully furnished, with everything you need for a short or longer stay. I can also provide air mattresses for additional guests. More photos and details are available upon request.

Please note: The apartment is located on the 4th-floor of a walk-up building with no elevator.
