I have a modern, cozy studio apartment in Bedstuy available for sublet from December 11th December 14th.

The apartment is conveniently located near multiple subways. I am 1 block from the G and a short 11 to 13 minute walk from the JMZ trains, with a 15 to 20 min ride to Manhattan.
Citi Bike docks are across the street/surrounds my apartment, and street parking is available if you have a car.
There are plenty coffee and smoothie shops, restaurants, and grocery stores are within a 5 to 10-minute walk away. Also, there are various food and grocery delivery options as well.

Amenities: There are washers and dryers in the building, a gym (and other gyms and yoga studios nearby), elevator, virtual doorman, and bike room. There is also a two story rooftop.
There are cleaners and a seamstress next door, and wash and fold/pick laundromats within 2 blocks of the apartment. These laundromats offer pick up and drop-off service should you need them.

This apartment is great for professionals and college students. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Small pets can be considered. Larger pets could require an additional cleaning fee.
Please note, this is my lived-in home, not an empty rental, so I ask that guests treat the space gently, keep all furniture and decor as they are, and ensure my personal items are not displaced, damaged, or removed.

Cost:
Includes prorated rent per day with utilities included and refundable deposit costs.

1. December 11th-December 14th is 100 per night=$315 (plus $250 refundable deposit).
Total: $515

Payment:
For this short-term sublets, payment will need to be upfront along with a refundable $250 deposit.
Additional items needed to sublet the apartment: Copy of ID, signed sub rental agreement and references. I am happy to connect via Zoom ( or any other video chat) to ensure a good fit.
