Why am I subletting? Early this fall, *after* renewing my best friend and I's lease, I've had to make my way back to Canada to support and be with family full-time. I'm here to find a great tenant match for the remainder OR part(s) of the sublease until September 2026! I'm very flexible and can accommodate short-term stays for a minimum of 1 month.

The private bathroom is accessible directly to the right of the bedroom door.

( 3 ) What ideal criteria must a tenant meet? Primarily leads a tidy and mindful lifestyle. Cobble Hill is a highly sought out area for young professionals and families looking to get the best of what Brooklyn and Manhattan have to offer - minus the chaos of city living.
